Advertisers Terms

1. By submitting your ad to SoloAdsOnly.com, you are agreeing to subscribe to every ezine in the group or groups you have ordered. This is so you can confirm all solo ads are run. Once your ad runs you will have the option to be removed from each ezine.

2. Email addresses must NOT return an Invalid, Box Full or Autoresponse message. Publishers will reserve the right NOT to run your ad if you do not follow these rules. NO YAHOO Or HOTMAIL or AOL email address's alowed for subscription. Please submit a valid email address for your subscription. If your PayPal account email is with the above that is fine.

3. Some ezines will require that you confirm your subscription, this is called a double opt-in system. If you do not confirm this subscription you may not be subscribed and you could lose your ad run in that publication.

4. If you remove yourself from an ezine BEFORE your ad runs you will lose your ad run in that publication. You MUST remain a subscriber until your ad runs.

5. Your ad must comply with our size guidelines ad described below.

Solo Ad - This will be Any Length

This excludes the URL and/or email address you put into your ad. Failure to abide by these rules may result in your ad being rejected or edited by SoloAdsOnly or it's publisher(s).

6. No Adult / Hate orientated adverts will be accepted.

7. As with ANY advertising service, we cannot guarantee results on your advertising. We do guarantee that your ad will be run to the total number of subscribers ordered or we will send it again. SoloAdsOnly.com reserves the right to substitute publishers as required.

8. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you can not chargeback or ask for a refund citing dissatisfaction with quality or service, exceptions include our Money Back Guarantee options. With our Money Back Guarantee, after 30 days you can ask for a refund if at least 10,000 subscribers/readers have not clicked on your link in your Solo Ad. We provide tracking for your benefit.

9. Under no circumstances should you complain to any of the participating ezines regarding your order, simply contact us directly at admin@soloadsonly.com

10. Please be advised a publisher can refuse to run an ad if they feel it doesn't comply to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines. Ads that claim guaranteed income must provide written proof. If you are not familiar with this or the additional rules please see: http://www.ftc.gov
